• The certification allows the assessment of employee skills and training needs verification
• We certify:
  • senior management;
  • employees of the first contact with the client;
• The exam consists of two parts:
  • a theoretical part - usually a test of knowledge and competence based on 60 questions = 60 minutes
  • a practical part - in the workplace 30-60 minutes;
